SCIPP to Lead Exercise at 2009 U.S. Fish & Wildlife (Region 2 and 4) Climate Change Workshop

The Southern Climate Impacts Planning Program (SCIPP) will be leading several climate discussion exercises at the 2009 U.S. Fish and Wildlife (Region 2 and 4) Climate Workshop August 10-12 in Austin, Texas. The exercise - known as the "World Cafe" - brings together groups of 10-12 individuals to collectively discuss and answer a set of thought-provoking questions. The question themes will range from pressures on wildlife and plant species to adapation-related issues. Groups will be reshuffled throughout to bring together new perspectives and linkages.
