Arkansas recorded the 6th warmest July on record, and the warmest January to July on record with an average temperature 4.1 F above normal.
Louisiana reported the warmest January to July on record, with an average temperature 3.2 F above normal.
Mississippi also had the warmest January to July on record, with an average temperature 3.2 F above normal.
Oklahoma recorded the 9th warmest July on record, and the warmest January to July on record, with an average temperature 4.9 F above normal.
Tennessee had the 7th warmest July on record, and the warmest January to July on record, with an average temperature 3.8 F above normal.
Texas reported the warmest January to July on record, with an average temperature 3.1 F above normal.
