A Social Network Analysis of Climate-Related Information Exchange in the SCIPP Areas of Operation

A social network analysis was conducted to understand connections between SCIPP and various stakeholders and partners. Participants reported seeking climate information to be better informed, to prepare for a presentation or meeting, to develop a plan, or to make a decision. Participants tended to look toward the local National Weather Service as a primary source for climate information and that most information gathering was via website.
