Researchers at SCIPP and three NWS River Forecast Centers (RFC) piloted an online survey that was sent to various state floodplain managers, emergency managers, and broadcast meteorologists in the SCIPP region. This report is based on responses from 70 people who provided information about their oversight on recent flood events.
