Managing Disaster: 20 May 2013 Central Oklahoma Tornado

The purpose of this study was to understand how the emergency management response to the 20 May 2013 EF-5 tornado that struck central Oklahoma compared to expectations and how prior planning and experience managing disasters influenced that response.
