SCIPP hosted a series of discussions around differential challenges in disaster preparedness and recovery. Three webinars were held to explore challenges related to the impacts of and recovery from disasters and how that can affect future adaptation. This project involved working with a local nonprofit in Louisiana to create community resources for:
- Navigating disaster assistance programs.
- Exploring housing and small business recovery programs.
- Surveying the intersection of climate hazards with industrial hazards and pollution.
