Oklahoma Drought Plan Advisory Meeting: Summary Report In June 2018, the Oklahoma Climatological Survey, with the support of SCIPP and NIDIS, hosted an Oklahoma Drought Plan Advisory Meeting. Strategic Petroleum Reserve Climate Change and Resilience Assessment

SCIPP partnered with two Department of Energy entities – the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to develop a climate change resilience plan for the SPR.
